Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on jerseys and kits over £70 (US$90 / €80 / AU$130), which is any two full-price jerseys. Below that it costs £4.99 (US$6.49 / €5.79 / AU$8.99). Items marked “Ships from UK” in your cart (t-shirts, hoodies, bobble hats and UK clearance) have free UK delivery over £70, are charged separately in the EU and aren’t available elsewhere.

How long will my order take?
Most of our jerseys and kits are made to order and arrive in around 13 days on average in the UK, Europe, the USA and Australia. Other destinations may take slightly longer. UK clearance stock, t-shirts, hoodies and bobble hats ship from our UK warehouse and take around 5 days for UK delivery. Every parcel is tracked.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can help as long as production or dispatch hasn’t started.

How do I track my order?
Use the “Order Tracking” link in the footer or the link in your dispatch email.

Will I pay customs or import duties?
Not on most orders. We collect UK and EU VAT at checkout (EU VAT via IOSS), the EU duty on parcels under €150 is already included in our prices, and US parcels are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), so there are no surprise payments on delivery. Larger orders (over £130 in the UK or €150 in the EU) may still attract import duty: see our shipping policy.

When can I report a missing parcel?
Once 28 days have passed since your order date, contact us and we’ll treat the parcel as missing.

How do I choose my size?
Check our sizing charts for men’s, women’s and bib shorts. If in doubt, order one size up for a more comfortable fit.

What if the size isn’t right?
Use our Returns & Exchanges portal to request an exchange or refund within 60 days of receipt.

What are the jerseys made from?
Our standard retro jerseys are lightweight, breathable polyester with a full-length front zip and three rear pockets. Some lines include winter fleece options. We also have a deluxe wool collection made from a merino wool and polyester blend for added comfort

What’s your returns window?
60-day return policy from the day you receive your item(s). Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging where possible.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Visit the Returns & Exchanges portal with your order number and email. Choose exchange, refund, or store credit. We’ll provide the correct return address for your location.

Who pays for return shipping?
To keep prices low and outbound shipping and exchange shipping free of charge, we do not provide return labels. Return postage is paid by the customer unless we shipped the wrong item.

What can’t be returned?
Clearance items, custom/personalised products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

EU cooling-off period?
For EU deliveries, you may cancel/return within 14 days for any reason (items must be unused and with tags).

When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within ~10 business days (bank processing times may vary).

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and digital wallets including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and more (see footer at checkout).

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, digital gift cards are available and delivered by email. (Gift cards are non-returnable.)

Do you have a retail store?
We’re an online business. Some UK stock is held for the Outlet/clearance line but our warehouse isn’t open to the public. (Order online and contact us via the form/email below.)
