How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Delivery times vary by product and destination, but as a guide:

Cycling clothing

  • UK & Europe: typically 10–15 working days
  • USA & Rest of World: typically 12–18 working days

T-Shirts, Sweatshirts and Bobble Hats

  • UK: typically 3-5 working days
  • Europe: typically 8-10 working days


Please note that during peak periods (such as Christmas) delivery times can be longer due to global shipping volumes.

Once your order has been dispatched and transferred to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier handling, or other external factors. Retro Peloton cannot be held responsible for courier delays after dispatch.

For the most accurate tracking updates and delivery estimates, customers should contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided.

Why don’t all items arrive next day?

Retro Peloton isn’t a mass-market brand holding thousands of items in warehouses. Many of our products are made specifically for your order, which allows us to offer more designs, better value and less waste.

We think it’s a fair trade-off - and we’re always working to shorten lead times where possible.

Where are Retro Peloton products made?

This depends on the product.

  • Most cycling jerseys and caps are produced to order and shipped directly from our production partners.
  • UK-printed t-shirts and select items are dispatched from our UK stock.

Most of our products are made in a single specialist factory in China. As we work with one production partner, this allows us to manage quality control, improve standards and quickly resolve any issues.

Our t-shirts and an increasing number of lifestyle items are printed and stocked in the UK.

Wherever an item is made, we choose suppliers for their quality, reliability and ethical standards - not the cheapest option.

How To Return My Items?

You can return unused items for refund or exchange within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags

We will refund the original standard shipping charges when we process your return or exchange

Custom or personalised items can’t be returned unless faulty.

As we offer free shipping for orders over £50, shipping refunds on returns and free shipping on exchanges, we do not provide returns shipping labels. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself.

We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties.

We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.

How Can I Choose The Right Size For Me?

Habitat has created a universal sizing system that aims to provide a unique reference for all countries. You can easily spot the best size for you by referring to our Size Guide that provides a conversion table to all major country size systems.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Retro Peloton accepts the following secure payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

• Klana and Shop Pay Installments are also available

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking information. Tracking may take a few days to update once the parcel enters the postal network.
