We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have up to 60 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, each item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging where possible. You’ll also need to include your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, visit our returns & exchange portal and enter your order number and email address. Here you can choose to exchange, refund or receive store credit to make another purchase. We will then supply you with the return address depending on your location.
PLEASE NOTE: To allow us to provide the best prices on our product range we do not provide return shipping labels.
Return shipping will be at the cost of the customer unless the item has been incorrectly picked. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that adequate postage is applied to any returned item. If a package is sent with insufficient postage, we will refuse delivery and request that the parcel is returned to sender.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can contact us with any return question at ride@retropeloton.co.uk.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as clearance items, custom or personalised products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We offer hassle free exchanges via our returns & exchange portal. If your item does not fit simply enter your order details and choose the correct size. Once we have received and approved your return, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out with free shipping.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to select refund in the portal and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once the return is accepted we will refund the full amount of the original purchase.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
