I ordered three sets of jerseys and big shorts. Communication with the company was good, they arrived promptly, and the quality is decent, especially for the price.

Ordered on the 30.10.25 as a birthday gift, still not arrived despite trying to contact the team.
I received my ordered jerseys in sizes XXXL which was much too large. My request to return was immediately accepted, HOWEVER THE SHIPPING COSTS WERE NOT COVERED (quote: to allow us to offer the best possible prices and deals, we do not provide return shipping labels). Nevertheless the jerseys eventually arrived in sizes XXL and to my satisfaction. (1) Beware of your SIZE which I find generally sizing small. (2) a shame about the new return shipping costs policy (no more postage label provided) as in the past this was also covered.
Hi Andrew, thank you for your 4 star review. Just to clarify as we offer free shipping on all jerseys and free exchange shipping. This is the main reason we cannot also offer returns labels. If we did the cost would ultimately be added to the jersey price. There is a size chart on the website and we do recommend to order a size up from normal if unsure
Ordered a bespoke kit to replicate the Zwift Team kit that I ride with. Comms with Rich were fantastic. Product arrived in a timely fashion and looked great. There was a slight problem with one aspect of the design and a corrected version was promptly received. Fantastic service, can easily recommend and will use again. Ordered an XXS for my son, sizing was perfect. Ordered 13th October, shipped on the 16th and delivered to Ireland on the 28th October. Couldn't be happier. Just back from my first long ride in this kit. Extremely comfortable set - the chamois pad especially. The wicking worked really well and with a chill in the air I was at just the right temperature.

I had no idea what to expect. My jersey was shipped from China so it's a long trip to the US. Would I actually get it in time for my autumn trip? Would I have to wait for a month for an exchange if the item didn't fit? Well, I ordered a winter long-sleeve jersey which looks good and actually fits well. I am a sucker for the retro logos and teams, so I will definitely be ordering more. I would rate the product and experience 4.5 stars, minus the half-star because I thought items shipped from the UK.
