Orders & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free standard worldwide shipping on all orders (excludes UK Clearance items and the TDLC apparel range).

How long will my order take?
Typical delivery windows:

• UK & Europe: 10–15 days
• US & Canada: 13–15 days
• Australia & NZ: 13–16 days
• Rest of World: 15–28 days
• UK T-shirts & UK Clearance: 3–5 days

Express DHL is available to some regions (usually 5–7 days). All parcels are tracked.

Are there UK-only items?
Yes, our UK Outlet carries clearance/excess stock for faster UK delivery (3–5 days).

Are items made to order?
Most jerseys are produced to order and shipped direct from our factory. A limited quantity is stocked in the UK (usually ships within 3 days).

Can I change/cancel my order after checkout?
We try to move quickly. If you need to change size, address or cancel, contact us ASAP with your order number; we’ll help if production/dispatch hasn’t begun. (Use details on the Contact page.)

How do I track my order?
Use the “Order Tracking” link in the footer or your dispatch email to follow your parcel.

Will I pay customs or import duties?
Taxes are paid where applicable, but customers are responsible for any additional import duties set by their country.

When can I report a missing parcel?
Because international delays can occur, refunds for missing parcels are not issued until 28 days after the order date.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose my size?
Check our sizing charts for men’s, women’s and bib shorts. If in doubt, order one size up for a more comfortable fit.

What if the size isn’t right?
Use our Returns & Exchanges portal to request an exchange or refund within 60 days of receipt.

Products & Materials

What are the jerseys made from?
Our standard retro jerseys are lightweight, breathable polyester with a full-length front zip and three rear pockets. Some lines include winter fleece options. We also have a deluxe wool collection made from a merino wool and polyester blend for added comfort

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What’s your returns window?
60-day return policy from the day you receive your item(s). Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging where possible.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Visit the Returns & Exchanges portal with your order number and email. Choose exchange, refund, or store credit. We’ll provide the correct return address for your location.

Who pays for return shipping?
To keep prices low and outbound shipping and exchange shipping free of charge, we do not provide return labels. Return postage is paid by the customer unless we shipped the wrong item.

What can’t be returned?
Clearance items, custom/personalised products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

EU cooling-off period?
For EU deliveries, you may cancel/return within 14 days for any reason (items must be unused and with tags).

When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within ~10 business days (bank processing times may vary).

Payments, Discounts & Gift Cards

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and digital wallets including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and more (see footer at checkout).

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, digital gift cards are available and delivered by email. (Gift cards are non-returnable.)

GENERAL

Do you have a retail store?
We’re an online business. Some UK stock is held for the Outlet/clearance line but our warehouse isn’t open to the public. (Order online and contact us via the form/email below.)
