Shipping policy
At Retro Peloton, we ship worldwide and all parcels are fully tracked.
Most of our retro cycling jerseys and kits are produced to order and shipped directly from our factory in China. We also hold a limited number of jerseys in our UK warehouse, which can usually be shipped to UK and EU customers within 7 days.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard worldwide shipping on orders of jerseys and kits over £50.
Orders under £50 are charged a standard shipping rate of £4.99. If your order is later refunded or exchanged, this shipping charge will also be refunded where applicable.
Our UK apparel range, including t-shirts, bobble hats, hoodies and socks, may be subject to a separate shipping charge. This will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
As a guide, our average delivery times are:

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on production time, customs processing and local delivery services.
During February, delivery can take up to 28 days due to holidays within our supply chain.
Express Delivery
We offer an express delivery service via DHL to selected regions.
Express delivery usually takes 5–7 days from the date your order is placed, although this may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Tracking, Loss & Damage
All parcels are fully tracked and covered against loss or damage.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographic evidence of the damage, including the packaging where possible.
Orders may occasionally take longer to arrive due to circumstances outside our control, such as customs delays, local postal delays or issues with logistics partners.
We are unable to treat a parcel as lost or issue a refund for a missing parcel until 28 days from the order date.
Taxes, VAT & Duties
Retro Peloton Ltd is VAT registered in the UK and IOSS registered in the EU.
Where applicable, VAT is collected at checkout. For most international orders, we ship using DDP — Delivery Duty Paid — which means taxes are paid in advance where possible.
This means you should not usually be charged additional VAT when your parcel arrives.
Larger Orders & Customs Duty
Larger orders may be subject to additional customs duty, particularly where the order value exceeds:
- £130 for UK orders
- €150 for EU orders
Customs duty cannot always be collected in advance and may need to be paid by the customer before the parcel is released.
If you are charged VAT again in error during this process, Retro Peloton Ltd will refund the VAT portion of the charge only. Evidence of the charge must be provided.
Please note that customs duty, tariffs and import rules vary by country and can change without notice. Retro Peloton Ltd is not responsible for additional import duties or customs charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their country’s customs rules before placing an order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery details at checkout.
If an order is returned, delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot offer a full refund.
Any re-delivery, replacement or refund caused by customer error may be subject to return costs, shipping costs and any additional charges incurred.
