Rabobank Retro Cycling Jersey
This Rabobank retro jersey celebrates one of the most recognisable and successful teams of modern cycling. Founded in 1996, the Dutch squad quickly became a fixture at the top of the WorldTour, earning a reputation for developing homegrown talent and achieving major victories across the Grand Tours and the Spring Classics. The bright orange and blue design became a familiar sight in breakaways, bunch sprints and high mountain battles.
During its strongest years, Rabobank was home to riders such as Michael Boogerd, Erik Dekker, Oscar Freire, Denis Menchov, Robert Gesink and Bauke Mollema. Freire claimed the 2004 World Road Race Championship while wearing Rabobank colours, adding to his legacy as one of the greatest sprinters of his generation. Boogerd delivered a famous win at the 1999 Amstel Gold Race, a defining moment for Dutch cycling. Menchov secured overall victory at the 2009 Giro d’Italia and earlier triumphs in the Vuelta a España during his time with the team, placing Rabobank firmly in Grand Tour history.
Wearing this jersey connects you to a period rich with attacking racing, fearless climbing and a proud Dutch tradition. It is a piece of cycling heritage that recalls the bold colours, powerful teamwork and unforgettable victories that defined the Rabobank era.

Prep the Garment: Close all zippers and fasteners, then turn the item inside out. This protects logos, prints, and prevents fasteners from rubbing against other clothes in the wash.
Washing: Wash by hand or in the machine on a lukewarm cycle (maximum 40°C / 104°F). Merino Wool items should be washed gently at 30°C
Separate if Possible: Wash cycling gear separately from rough fabrics like denim to prevent abrasion.
Detergent: Use a small amount of liquid detergent. Avoid powders, fabric softeners, stain removers, or bleach, as these can reduce garment performance.
Drying: Hang on a hanger or lay flat outdoors to dry. Avoid tumble drying, and do not iron, to maintain the life of the fabric and chamois. Merino wool items should be laid flat to dry
