Good quality best service

Slight issue with the sizing (that was probably more due to me being a funny shape than anything else!). However, it was sorted quickly and politely. For me a measure of a company is not how well they do the basics, it’s how well they deal with problems that arise. Awesome service.

Ordering was easy and communication was very good on the delivery from start to finish. Took about 10 days to deliver which isn't bad. Fit is perfect (large) and the quality looks good (only worn few times so far).

Such a helpful company. Top.is great but came up small. Requested to change it and was sent a discount code. I accidentally ordered an XXS and the very helpful man noticed and e mailed me to check if this was correct! Fantastic customer service.
